ok its summer and i wanna look awesome for the new school year at a new school. so ive been working out. its working too. im starting off with 20 jumping jacks, 15 secs for each stretch position, a workout dance video, abs workout video, 10 lunges each side, 3 different types of squats, and finally 20 more jumping jacks. im 15 and im a girl. i wanna look great for my new school. so please help me?
