Belly button (navel) piercing?

It is hard to say. It all depends on your pain tolerance. I was 16 when I got mine pierced and it didn't hurt me at all. Just kinda took my breathe away for a moment. Its all in the breathing! Close your eyes if you must so you don't pass out. You wont pass out from pain, just over working yourself. Mine ripped out a year later and I had to get it re pierced and that was through scar tissue that time and still didn't hurt. As long as you do your research well.
