Help please for ten points ! ?

Recently I have been having weird symptons such as coughing uo blood & Bleeding from my nose. ( This morning ) Also sometimes my vision get really blury and I have to close For about 10 Secs. to get over it , I woke up withb a sore throat also for about a couple of days now my knees hurt alot especially when I strech them out. I'm really worried because pancreatic cancer runs in the family as well as diabettes and heart disease. What should I do tell my mom ? Go to the doctor ? Is there something wrong with me ?
